We create your designs. Choose from a large catalog of products and customization options. We produce designs that meet your sport’s regulations and send them for your approval.
We ship orders direct-to-athlete. Athletes, parents, and fans use the team shop to purchase gear and get it shipped directly to them in two weeks or less.

Our Leaders

MAC LAVIER
President and CEO
As a co-founder of the company in 2009, Mac is passionate about driving solutions that solve meaningful customer problems. Prior to gearUP, Mac spent 20+ years in GM and Operational Leadership roles for Portland based HW & SW companies. He received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Washington (Foster School of Business) and holds a bachelor of Science in Industrial & Management Engineering from Montana State University. Outside of work, Mac enjoys Alpine backpacking and enjoying the outdoors with his family. He is active in the youth sports community of the Portland Metro area, sits on different governing boards for local leagues and coaches middle school track and field in his spare time.
JOE MONAHAN
Chief Revenue Officer
Prior to joining gearUP, Joe spent over 25 years with industry leading brands in the Apparel, Footwear, Team and Outdoor industries. He has broad commercial experience having held senior leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Product, General Management and Strategy at Nike and Carhartt. A native of the great state of Montana, Joe holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration / Accounting from the University of Montana. While raising 3 kids, Joe spent most of his time away from work coaching and attending sporting events. Now that the kids are grown, he enjoys cycling, golfing and spending time with his family and friends in the mountains.
TODD LIND
Vice President of Corporate Services
As a co-founder of gearUP, Todd has passion for youth sports and brings 20 years of experience in coaching, managing and leading youth sports organizations and volunteer boards. Prior to founding gearUP, Todd spent nearly 20 years as a sales rep and manager in the logistics and financial services industries. He attended the University of Idaho, then completed his schooling at Portland State University. Born and raised in the pacific northwest, he enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing and spending time with his two boys wherever they may be in the country.
RICH RADFORD
Vice President of Supply Chain
Rich brings expertise and knowledge in supply chain, production and warehousing operations, organizational development and the technology enablement elements of our value chain. He is a 20 year veteran in startup operations for fast growing companies in the Portland area. He has worked in companies in the information technology, clean energy and consumer goods sectors; each company focused on disrupting the status quo. Like Mac, Rich is a husky who is never scared to rock his purple and gold in the office. Outside of work, Rich’s passions include road trips with his family, fly fishing and volunteering in his community.
